Seven steps, from your first sign-in to the next session.
Request an account
Each adult in the care circle has their own account: request one and open the link we e-mail you. Then log in. Children usually have a profile that a parent, guardian, or clinic manages.
Begin with the person
See the person’s strengths, communication preferences, support needs, and plans. Add or change details when you are allowed to.
Choose each connection
Whoever manages the profile chooses who joins its team and what each person can do. People allowed to invite others can only pass on the access they have. Seeing a profile does not let anyone change its team.
Use your view
Work on the goals, notes, tasks, forms, sessions, messages, and files you have access to. Everything stays with the care profile.
Read the change
See notes and form answers with their date, setting, and who added them, each from that person’s point of view. This view is not AI analysis.
Ask, then decide
Ask a general autism-support question, with or without an account. Where this is turned on, signed-in accounts can add basic details from a profile they are allowed to see. Check the answer before you use it.
Keep moving
When you are allowed to, schedule a session or send a form to the right person. Each answer stays with its care profile and its date.
Sessions and calendar
Practitioners use their calendar to prepare and document their sessions, then schedule the next one for the same client.

Anyone can ask a general autism-support question. Where this is turned on, signed-in accounts can add basic details from a profile, if they have permission to view notes on it. The assistant never opens the files stored in a profile. Check the answer before you use it.

Recorded sessions
For clinics with an Auti AI Device: four steps, from the room to the people who need the recording.
Step 1 In the room
Sign in on the device with your AutiSync e-mail and password. Choose your client, then select Start session: it records until you select End session. Take photos if you like during the session.
Not in the room? Start and watch a recording online from Auti Device on autisync.ca.
Step 2 By itself
The video, and any photos or report you added, go to AutiSync on their own. Nobody has to copy files.
They leave the device only once they are safely stored on autisync.ca.
Step 3 On autisync.ca
Select Recorded sessions in the menu and open the session. You see every file from it: the video, and any photos or report. If you added a voice comment after the session, it plays right on the page.
Auti AI Device
For clinics that receive an Auti AI Device: plug it in, connect it to your Wi-Fi, and record. The screens shown are the real software with example data.
Ready. Start with step 1, Plug it in.
Plug the device into the power adapter that came with it (the official 27 W Raspberry Pi adapter). If you have a network cable (Ethernet), plug it in too. Wait about 2 minutes while it starts.
On a phone or laptop, open the Wi-Fi list and join the network named on the device's label (AHost-XXXX). Use the password printed on the label.
The Device setup page usually opens by itself. If it does not, type auti-XX.local:8080 into your browser (XX is the number on the device's label), or 192.168.4.1:8080.
Under Connect to Wi-Fi, pick your clinic network, enter its password and select Connect. If the device has a network cable, skip this step.
Your clinic network must let the device reach the internet: your IT team can check this (AutiSync support uses port 2222).
If you do not have one yet: on autisync.ca, select Request an account, fill in the form with Practitioner as your role, and open the link we e-mail you. Then log in, and on your dashboard select Create your clinic so AutiSync can link the device to it. The clinic owner or any practitioner can do this; whoever creates the clinic becomes its owner.
On the device's page (the address from step 3), sign in with your autisync.ca e-mail and password and choose or add your client.
Select Start session to start the session and its recording, and take photos if you like; when you are done, select End session to stop the recording and save the session.
Online: on autisync.ca, select Auti Device in the menu to watch live and record from anywhere.
The clinic owner or AutiSync can add other practitioners. On autisync.ca, select AI devices in the menu, then Who can use this device, enter their e-mail and select Add.
Practitioners can also ask for access on the Auti Device page by typing the device's name; the device's owner approves.

No. Request an account on your own. To see someone’s care profile, the person who manages it adds you to its team.
Check your spam folder, and check that the e-mail address was typed correctly. The link in the e-mail works for a limited time. If it has expired, contact us and we will help.
Any phone, tablet, or computer with a web browser. Your account, profiles, and access are the same on every screen.
The clinic owner, and the people added on the device’s Who can use this device page. Each person signs in with their own AutiSync e-mail and password, and one practitioner uses the device at a time.
Yes. Request a demo, choose a role, and we e-mail you a personal link to a demo with example records. The demo shows the web workspace; it does not include the Auti AI Device.
