A person-centred profile

Make room for the person’s preferences.

Autistic adults and self-advocates may use approved accounts. Children and many other care recipients usually have protected profiles. With permission, contributors can add strengths, communication preferences, support needs, and plans.

Chosen connections

Choose access for each care-team member.

Profile creators manage the care team. Delegated inviters can share only access they already hold. Being able to view a profile does not give someone permission to change its team.
